×Customer story · Built with Claude
Green Subsidy runs its solar business from a conversation with Claude.
Green Subsidy is an Australian solar and battery installer. SkySync connected its Salesforce CRM, Meta Ads and Google Ads to Claude, so the CEO gets answers from live data by asking, not by building reports. The growth engine around it took the business from 4 to 48 installs a month.

The problem
Four installs a month, and no way to see why.
Green Subsidy grew on word of mouth. Its ad account had been dead for two years, online inquiries waited on a human and most went cold. The business was doing about four installs a month.
The bigger problem sat with the CEO. Leads lived in Salesforce, spend lived in Meta and Google Ads, and signed jobs lived in the sales ledger. Answering a simple question, such as which ads actually produced paying customers, meant exporting three systems into a spreadsheet. So it rarely got answered, and money went where habit said, not where the data said.
The Claude solution
A headless CEO dashboard. Every system connected to Claude.
Instead of another BI tool, SkySync made Claude the interface. Salesforce, Meta Ads and Google Ads are connected to Claude, so it reads live pipeline, spend and revenue data directly. There is no dashboard to maintain and nothing new for the CEO to learn: ask a question, get the answer, with the source systems cited.

Reading Salesforce
518 leads and 103 customers, with every quote and install written back automatically
Headless · the interface is a conversation
The CEO gets
- Return on ad spend, traced ad click to signed install
- Which campaigns to scale, and which to cut
- Pipeline and install forecast for the month
- Board-ready summaries, written on request
What the CEO actually does
The CEO asks. Claude answers from Salesforce and the ad accounts.
The question that used to take an afternoon of exports now takes a sentence. Claude joins ad spend in Meta and Google to leads and closed installs in Salesforce, and shows where each number came from, so the answer can be trusted and acted on the same day.
- “Which campaign brought in the most installs this month?”
- “What did each new customer cost us, all in?”
- “Where should next week’s budget go?”
Since the campaign went live, Green Subsidy has spent A$8,984 on ads. That spend produced 518 leads and 103 customers, so each customer cost about A$87. The installs those customers signed are worth A$2.15M in verified system value: a 239× gross return on ad spend.

The engine around it
Agents handle the admin, so the crew stays on the roofs.
Every lead answered in under two minutes
Inbound from Meta, Google and the website goes straight to an AI agent on WhatsApp and Messenger, 24/7. It qualifies the lead, checks rebate eligibility and books the assessment.
Quotes and scheduling, done by the agent
The agent builds each quote and books the install into the crew calendar. The installers spend their days installing, not on admin.
Everything lands in Salesforce
Every conversation, quote and install is written to Salesforce with zero manual entry, which is what lets Claude answer the CEO with real numbers.
The results
From 4 to 48 installs a month, with every dollar traced.
Figures reconciled across the ad accounts, Salesforce and Green Subsidy’s sales ledger. The 239× gross figure includes the Australian government rebate; on customer cash alone the return is 98×.
